Physical Education Core 10th-12th Grades
Students will learn the concepts of a sound body and a sound mind through the physical education program. The program helps students to gain an understanding of themselves and their potential through activities that can be enjoyed throughout life.
Physical Education Core 10th-11th-12th will be organized into centers-based activities with varying levels of intensity to advance student goals of fitness, recreation, and/or competition.
